Refund & cancellation.

The short version

  • Free trial — 14 days, full-feature, no credit card required.
  • Adding a card starts your subscription. You're charged when the 14-day trial ends; cancel any time before then to avoid the charge. If you never add a card, your account simply pauses (locks) at the end of the trial — no payment taken.
  • 30-day refund — within 30 days of your first paid charge, click "Cancel & refund" in Settings → Billing for an instant, full refund. No questions.
  • Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Your data, your control — deletion happens within 30 days of account closure.

1. The trial

When you sign up, you get a 14-day full-feature trial with no card on file. We email you on day 10 and day 12 with a link to add a card if you want to keep going. Adding a card starts your subscription: you're charged when the 14 days end, and you can cancel any time before then to avoid the charge. If the trial ends and no card has been added, your account pauses — it locks until you add a card, and no money has been charged. You can add a card any time after to unlock and resume.

2. The 30-day no-questions refund

Within 30 days of your first paid charge (the first charge after your trial converts), open Settings → Billing → Cancel & refund. That charge is reversed back to your card within 5-10 business days (depending on your card issuer). Your access ends immediately and your data is queued for deletion within 30 days.

We don't ask why. We don't try to talk you out of it. The button works.

3. Cancellation after 30 days

After the 30-day window, click Cancel in Settings → Billing. Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, then your account pauses (locks) and we don't charge again. No prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current period.

4. Exceptional refund cases

Email [email protected] if you're past 30 days but believe a refund is warranted (sustained outage, charge dispute, bank duplication, etc.). We review case-by-case within one business day.

5. Currency and taxes

Pricing is in USD and charged in USD. Your card issuer may apply a FX fee — that fee is between you and your bank and is not refunded on cancellation. For VAT/GST in your jurisdiction, see your Stripe receipt for the breakdown.

6. Chargebacks

Please email us first — the "Cancel & refund" button is faster than a chargeback, doesn't cost you a dispute fee, and keeps your card issuer's records clean.
