STEP 01
Sign up & consent — no card
Sign in with Google or a magic link (no password to remember). Then review and accept how we use your read-only data — a one-screen consent step you must accept before connecting.
No card is needed for the 14-day trial. If you later add a card, your subscription starts and you'll be charged when the trial ends — you can cancel any time before then to avoid the charge. Prefer to look first? You can explore the product with sample data before connecting your own.

STEP 02
Paste your Loyverse PAT, name your business & calibrate
In Loyverse → Settings → Access Tokens, add an access token. Copy the string, paste it in VentaLens, enter your business name, then confirm timezone, business-day cutoff, and tax label.
The token is read-only by design — Loyverse won't grant write access via PAT, and you can revoke it any time. Calibration (timezone / cutoff / tax label) makes VentaLens' numbers match Loyverse exactly, and is editable later in Settings → Calibration.

Insights start populating
We pull your recent receipts (about the last 90 days) so day one already has depth. Sync then keeps running hourly.
First sync takes 2-10 minutes depending on receipt volume. You can use the dashboard immediately; new sections fill in as the data lands.
