No. VentaLens is an independent third-party add-on. We read your sales data through Loyverse's official public API. We have no affiliation with Loyverse SIA.
Will VentaLens change anything in my Loyverse account? +
Never. The connection is read-only. We never write, modify, or delete anything in Loyverse. Your POS is your source of truth.
Do I need a credit card to start? +
No. The 14-day trial is full-feature with no card on file. If you add a card, your subscription starts and you're charged when the 14 days end — cancel any time before then to avoid the charge.
How do I cancel? +
From Settings → Billing → Cancel. Within 30 days of your first paid charge you can get a full refund, no questions asked.
Where is my data stored? +
Supabase Postgres in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Every row is tagged with your tenant ID and protected by Postgres Row-Level Security.
